This is a “greatest hits” class from the Virtual Y. It’s designed to bring strength, flexibility and steadiness to body, breath and mind.

This class is an abbreviation of the “Sthiram/Sukham” (steadiness and ease) practice, which I learned from the Devanadi School of Yoga and Wellness.
This gentle yoga practice provides moments to cultivate the awareness of the hidden peace within us. The yoga tradition maintains that bliss (ānanta) is not a thing we need to go out searching for; it's the core of our being and covered up by our busy lives, bodies and thoughts!
