A One-on-One Consultation

If you’re in search of greater mindfulness and/or physical ability, schedule a one-on-one consultation! A practice personalized for you can help chart your path toward contentment.

How does it work?

  1. By completing an assessment form you greatly help me identify the best areas for practice.

  2. In our first meeting, we’ll review the assessment, discuss your goals and run through your practice—and I’ll record it so that you can replay anytime!

  3. I’ll also give you a written summary of the assessment and practices.

  4. We’ll schedule follow-up sessions to check in and modify, if needed.
