Yoga Practice #7: A Gentle Practice for All
This gentle yoga class is great for all levels. We’ll take the time to establish nice form and use the equipment properly. You’ll be encouraged to check in with your body, breath and mind … and change them for the better!

Why is the class so long?
I think it’s a shame that online classes (largely) do not deliver a complete “in-studio experience.” I want practitioners to experience a fully balanced practice at the proper pace, with proper breathing technique, time for reflection and time for relaxation. These things are essential (in my view) to an effective practice.
A chair practice is great for almost anyone! If you have limitations in your strength or mobility, these poses will show you how to do a full range of physical activity without getting up and down, or standing unaided. (Also great for anyone needing a midday break!)
