Short Asana Practices: Preparing for Meditation

In order to meditate, we must achieve some level of steadiness and ease. But sitting itself for any length of time can be challenging. Prepare the body with some warming movements to improve your posture and open your hips.

The following two 20-minute sequences focus on the spinal and hip movements. They’re good anytime but also designed to prepare the body to sit in meditation!
