An intermediate yoga class with options galore! This is a full, studio-length class incorporating pranayama (breath work), asana (postures) and meditation. Practice maintaining a cool, reflective state of mind while challenging the body.

Why is the class so long?
I think it’s a shame that online classes (largely) do not deliver a complete “in-studio experience.” I want practitioners to experience a fully balanced practice at the proper pace, with proper breathing technique, time for reflection and time for relaxation. These things are essential (in my view) to an effective practice.
This full-length intermediate yoga practice provides challenges to build our inner fire! From the yogic perspective, the fire element is one that is more than just heat—it provides illumination and power for transformation.
