Gentle Yoga Practice #11: A Grounding Practice

This shorter gentle yoga practice still provides good challenges for all types of yogis! The practice is for balancing the effects of autumn—the season of the air element (vāyu). It's a time of movement, dryness and coolness—so this practice teaches choices for a more grounded experience.
