Yoga Practice #2: Activating Your Central Line (suṣumnā nāḍī)

With all-new sound! This is another full, studio-length class incorporating cleansing techniques, asana (postures) and meditation.

Cost: I make these classes freely accessible to all people. Pay what you can, if you can, whenever you can (suggested $5–10) via Venmo or Paypal

Why is the class so long?

I think it’s a shame that online classes (largely) do not deliver a complete “in-studio experience.” I want practitioners to experience a fully balanced practice at the proper pace, with proper breathing technique, time for reflection and time for relaxation. These things are essential (in my view) to an effective practice.
