Yoga Practice #1: Balancing the front and back of the body

My inaugural online class! I’m excited to bring my regular in-person programs to an open audience. In doing so, I hope to make the beauty and wisdom of the yoga tradition accessible and affordable to everyone.

Cost: I make these classes freely accessible to all people. Pay what you can, if you can, whenever you can (suggested $5–10) via Venmo or Paypal

Why is it the class so long?

Many online classes are shorter, to accommodate the increasingly common at-home lifestyle. However, teaching shorter online classes during the pandemic made me feel I was sacrificing too much...

As a practitioner, you may be cheating yourself on the proper pace, proper breathing technique, time for reflection and time for relaxation. These things are essential (in my view) to an effective, fully balanced asana practice.

My classes will also always include a meditation at the end, which aligns with the principles of Classical Yoga.
