Frequently Asked Questions
-
I do my very best to provide options to suit most people! Most poses usually have gentle, medium and stronger options.
-
I will change the status here and post on Facebook if class is cancelled. There is no canopy or shelter on site, so if the ground is saturated from rain, or there is precipitation happening, we cancel class.
-
We cancel class if it is below 60°.
-

-
It is too hot after this time, in the summer. Evening hours are also tricky, as things don’t cool down until dusk. Have a time preference? Send me a message!
